I set a goal to read 3 books a month and in order to do that I’m going to have to find some good books to read. I wanted to start doing a weekly blog post on the “Book of the week” which will be about one of the books I am currently reading. I’m hoping that you guys will comment back with great books that you guys are reading too so we can all share some great books.

The book of the week is The Power of Habit: why we do what we do in life and business.

 

This book helps you understand that the key to exercising regularly, losing weight, achieving goals, waking up early, and eating healthy relies on your ability to understand how habits work. I truly believe you are only as good as your habits. If your searching for success and a way to achieve your goals the best way to start is by changing your habits and this book really dives down into the science and reasoning behind habits and how they really work.
