Bronson during his senior season at BYU had 64 tackles, 20 tackles for loss and 11 sacks while adding 3 forced fumbles and a 1 fumble recovery. Bronson recently signed a rookie deal with the Baltimore Ravens and was drafted 70th overall in the 3rd round.
At 6’7 285 pounds Bronson Kaufusi needs to eat a lot to just maintain his weight with all the workouts he is doing everyday. He told me he is trying to gain even more weight so he eats a good amount of food during the course of a day. Bronson wakes up at 5am and goes to bed at 9pm. By the time the average person wakes up Bronson has already had breakfast and is eating his first snack of the day in between meals. Let’s check out what he eats in one day…
Breakfast- Eggs, Fruit, Oatmeal
Snack- Protein bar
Lunch- Beef, Rice, Veggies
Snack- PB&J, Banana
Snack- Almonds, Cheese, Wheat Thins
Dinner- Fish, Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli
Snack- Protein Shake
When talking about what he ate he told me that he doesn’t diet and exercise, he eats and trains. He eats for energy during his training and makes sure to eat enough calories so he can continue to gain weight. He eats a lot of food, but he also eats healthy food and has great timing before and after workouts when it comes to eating.
