Here are few of my exercise I did from the other day. What I love about all there of these workouts is that it involves your core and balance. I love to do upper body workouts where you balance on one leg so you can’t use your back and other body parts to help. It isolates your upper body and targets the muscles you want to work and it also works out your legs while you balance. It’s a different, but effective way of lifting.
