For me, the ideal situation  would be to buy my own food and make it myself. I usually do my own meal prep and take food with me in containers. Reality is sometimes, I don’t have time to cook and I need to stop and eat at a restaurant. I refuse to eat fast-food and I try to eat at healthy organic places that make food healthy and fresh. Here is a list of my top 3 favorite places to eat at in Utah County.

What I get: Sandwich with chicken, vegetables, and cilantro jalepeno dressing. Love their smoothies and breakfast foods too

2. Ginger’s Garden Cafe

Address: 188 South Main Street, Springville, UT 84663

What I Get: BBQ Chicken Sandwich Whole wheat bun dressed with Veganaise and BBQ Sauce with vegan mozzarella, BBQ chicken, lettuce, onion, shredded carrots and avocado.

This place also contains a great Herb Shop inside that sales great plants and roots that can help with sickness or just overall health.
3. Real Foods market

 What I Get: I get the Bison burger and some bone broth soup.
I love this place because it’s a market that sales great grass fed meats, raw organic milk, and bone broth.
