As I’ve mentioned before I love my Green Smoothies and I have them every morning and I can’t believe the difference it has made on my health. During the year 2015 I decided to commit to having a green smoothie everyday and it’s been a great habit that I’ve been able to keep. I know New Years is just around the corner and if improving your health is on your list of things to improve on I would recommend starting the habit of having a green smoothie everyday.
New Years Resolution
Everybody wants to be healthy and feel confident about their image. For the year 2017 one great habit you could start with is introducing green smoothies into your diet. One easy change could completely change your health and image for the year 2017. Remember you are in charge of what you eat and the food you eat is in charge of you. Let’s make 2017 a happy and health year.

Smoothie for Joint Relief (from book above)
- 3 cups beet greens
- 1 bell pepper, stem and seeds removed
- 1-inch piece ginger root
- juice of 3 large lemons
- 1/2 avocado, pit and skin removed
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh green peas
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
place beet greens, bell pepper, ginger, lemon juice, avocado, and water in blender. Blend well. pour into cup or bowl, add green peas and alfalfa sprouts, eat with a spoon.
